Description

Under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources (HRD), the Recruitment Coordinator for the recruitment activities of all physician staff within St. Christopher's Hospital for Children / St. Christopher's Hospital for Children Pediatric Associates.   
 
Incumbent should possess the following: 
  • Must be comfortable with and enjoy participating in heavy telephone solicitation.
  • Must be an independent self starter - energetic and self-motivated.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment where independence and determination are standard.
  • Must possess excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Must possess strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher).
  • Must enjoy working with a culturally diverse population from a variety of backgrounds/nationalities.
  • Must be capable of maintaining accurate records.
  • Must be capable of organizing workload, prioritizing and executing tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Must be comfortable working in a goal-driven environment to meet placement quota and financial goals.
  • Must be outgoing and possess excellent people skills.
  • Must maintain effective working relationships with all SCPA staff.
  • Must maintain effective working relationships with representatives from other organizations.
  • Must maintain a working knowledge of marketplace in areas such as legislation; wages & salaries; etc.
  • Must possess strong decision-making skills.
  • Be well organized in their responsibilities and work area.
  • Participate actively in staff meetings offering input, opinions and assistance.
  • Be honest and fair in their reporting of working hours, level of effort, status of projects, etc.
  • Contribute to a positive, dynamic, effective working environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Preferred. 
At least two years professional experience required.
Must demonstrate proven track record in strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to set and achieve goals, and work independently.
